Order Process

  1. Select item.

    From shopping page, please select your item, color, quantity and click "ADD TO BAG".

  2. Review and confirm the items in your bag

    During your shopping, when you click "shopping bag" located in the menu (upper part of page) ,
    you can review your order and check the subtotal of your purchase.
    To cancell items, please click "remove".
    To change in the quantity, color, size, this can be done by clicking "edit".
    If the shipping address is your register address, select "Billing address". If the shipping address is not your registered address, select "Another address".
    Choose a payment method.(Credit card or Paypal transfer)
    To continue shopping, simply click "continue shopping".

  3. Order

    To review your purchase, click "CHECK OUT" - this will take you to the SIGN-IN page.

  4. Sign-in selection

    TXM members, enter your user e-mail address and password and click "SIGN IN".
    Then, review and confirm the order and select shipping information.
    This will take you to the shipping address information page.

    Not Register Yet? You can become a member to next page "CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT".

  5. Final confirmation

    Review and confirm your bag (purchase) and click "PROCESS ORDER" button.

  6. Order completion

    Your order is complete. You will receive through your registered E-mail address.
    If you do not receive this confirmation within 1 to 2 days, please contact us by E-mail.

Please note that total amount of your purchase to be written on invoice. If trouble occurs thereby, we cannot assume the responsibility.
When parcel confiscated or delayed delivery at customs in intended country of destination, we also cannot assume the responsibility. We recommend you confirm regulation of your country in advance.


Shipping fee is 2000yen for all overseas. EMS(Express Mail Service)

Returning items

For shipping errors, such as wrong items, or quantities, please contact us and we will do our best to correct this matter.


The packages will be generally delivered within 10 business days.
* Please note that during busy seasons, due to proceeding through customs or certain regions, delivery may be delayed.
* In case your ordered items are sold out or out of stock, we will contact you through e-mail or phone.

For wrong items

Please contact us by phone or e-mail within 7 days after arrival of merchandise. Please return the merchandise by COD (cash on delivery)

For problem with the product or defect

Please contact us by phone or e-mail within 7 days after the arrival of merchandise. For defects , we will exchange the item or refund your payment


Unfortunately, we can not exchange or refund any items which have been worn once due to the nature of our products. Please carefully check the items before wearing them.
